Six Reasons Teams Choose Iverra
Practitioner Background
Our consultants have spent years in operations advisory, not just documentation — which means we understand why processes are structured the way they are, not just how to write them down.
Formats Your Team Can Maintain
Every output is in editable formats with clear structure. No specialist software is required to update a procedure, add a version note, or extend the library.
Owner-Led Drafting Process
We work alongside your process owners rather than independently. The result is documentation that reflects how your team actually works, not a generic template filled in from the outside.
Clear, Fixed Pricing
Each offering has a stated price. The Template Pack and Workshop are fixed-fee. The Programme Build is scoped before pricing is confirmed, so there are no surprises mid-engagement.
Plain-Language Writing Standard
SOPs are for the people doing the work. We write at a level the intended reader can follow without needing to decode business jargon or formal management-speak.
Handover Included as Standard
Programme engagements conclude with written handover documentation — covering the library structure, house style, and update procedures — so your team is not left without a reference point.
01 — Expertise
Operations Experience Behind the Documentation
Writing a good SOP requires understanding why a process exists, not just what the steps are. Our team's background in operations advisory means we ask the right questions before starting to draft — about dependencies, exceptions, and the points in a process where things most commonly go wrong.
That context produces more useful documentation than a writing service working purely from what participants describe in a single session.
Consultants with direct operations advisory background, not only documentation experience
Familiarity with common process patterns across service, manufacturing support, and administrative functions
Understanding of what information a review or audit will actually look for in a process document
02 — Engagement
Responsive and Straightforward to Work With
We keep engagements structured and communication clear. Before any work begins, we agree on scope in writing. Progress is visible at each stage. Feedback rounds are built in rather than treated as extras.
For the Template Pack and Workshop, turnaround and scheduling are predictable. For programme engagements, you have a named contact throughout and a clear point of reference if questions arise.
Written scope agreement before any work begins on programme engagements
Named consultant throughout the engagement, not a rotating team
Feedback and review rounds built into the programme timeline, not added as paid extras
03 — Value
Pricing That Reflects the Scope of the Work
The Template Pack at RM 510 is a fixed download — no subscription, no recurring charge. The Workshop at RM 2,800 covers up to fourteen participants for a full two-day session. The Programme Build starts from RM 4,500, with the final scope agreed before the engagement begins.
The pricing is structured so that smaller teams can access useful materials at a reasonable entry point, while larger organisations can commission a more comprehensive engagement when the scale justifies it.
No ongoing subscription or access fees for the Template Pack
Workshop pricing covers the full cohort — no per-head cost up to fourteen participants
Programme engagement price confirmed after scoping, not subject to change mid-project

How Our Approach Differs
A side-by-side look at common documentation approaches versus the Iverra model.
| Feature | Typical Approach | Iverra Approach |
|---|---|---|
| Drafting process | Written externally from brief or interview notes | Drafted with process owner in the session |
| Format ownership | Proprietary template format, requires vendor to update | Editable standard formats, maintained independently |
| Writing level | Written for management sign-off, not for the user | Plain language calibrated for the person following the SOP |
| Post-engagement support | No handover documentation provided | Written handover with house style and update procedures |
| Scope approach | Maximum deliverables regardless of team capacity to maintain | Scope set to what your team can realistically maintain |
| Pricing model | Ongoing retainer or per-document fee | Fixed or scoped engagement pricing, no recurring fee |
— Distinctive Features
What Makes Iverra Different
Three Distinct Entry Points
Most documentation consultancies offer one format and apply it to everyone. Iverra offers three distinct offerings — a template pack for self-directed teams, a workshop for teams ready to learn the process together, and a full engagement for organisations that need structured support. You choose the level that fits.
Sector-Neutral Materials
Our templates and workshop content are not industry-specific. The underlying documentation logic applies across operations, finance, logistics, and administration. Teams in different sectors can use the same structural framework without needing a bespoke design.
Six-Month Update Window on Templates
Template Pack purchasers receive updated versions of the pack for six months from their purchase date, at no additional cost. This covers format improvements, new modules, and structural revisions based on feedback from other users.
Workshop Cap at Fourteen Participants
The two-day workshop is capped at fourteen participants — not for marketing reasons, but because the hands-on drafting session on day two requires the facilitator to work directly with each participant's process. Above fourteen, that quality of engagement is not sustainable within a two-day format.
