Good value for the Template Pack at that price. The version-control index was the part I found most useful — we had previously been using document names with dates in them, which was getting messy. Switching to the index approach cleaned that up quickly. I would have liked slightly more examples in the explanatory notes, but the core structure is solid.

Selected Engagement Outcomes

Three examples of what organisations have achieved through different Iverra offerings.

Challenge

Property Management Firm, Kuala Lumpur

A property management company with 28 staff across three sites had no documented procedures for handling tenant complaints, maintenance requests, or end-of-tenancy inspections. New coordinators were spending their first few weeks shadowing colleagues rather than following a standard process, and the quality of service varied noticeably between sites.

Solution

Iverra conducted a 12-week Programme Build Engagement, beginning with scoping interviews at all three sites. Eight priority processes were identified. SOPs were drafted in coordination with the coordinators at each site, then reviewed by the operations manager. An internal owner was designated for each SOP and trained on the house style for ongoing updates.

Outcome

Eight fully documented SOPs with checklists, delivered at handover. A written maintenance guide for the library. The operations manager reported that onboarding time for new site coordinators dropped from approximately three weeks to around ten days. Two additional SOPs have since been added internally by the designated owners.

Challenge

Logistics Support Unit, Selangor

A logistics coordination team of eleven people had informal documentation — mostly notes in email threads and on individual desktops — that was not shared in any structured way. When two experienced coordinators left within three months of each other, the remaining team had to reconstruct several processes from memory, which took time and introduced inconsistencies.

Solution

The team attended a two-day workshop. Six coordinators participated, each working on one process relevant to their role on day two. The session produced six draft SOPs and introduced the team to a consistent structural format they could apply to further procedures independently.

Outcome

Six draft SOPs produced during the workshop; four were finalised and published within two weeks of the session. The team subsequently used the workshop templates to document four additional processes without further external support. The team manager noted that the shared vocabulary from day one made internal review conversations more structured.

Challenge

Education Administration Office, Klang Valley

An education administration office was preparing for an accreditation review that required documented procedures for several operational areas, including student record management and staff onboarding. They had no existing documentation and limited time to produce it before the review period.

Solution

The Template Pack was purchased and used as the starting structure. Three team members used the master template and modular checklists to draft documentation for five processes over a period of four weeks, referencing the explanatory notes in the pack to guide the format. One process owner subsequently attended the workshop to strengthen their drafting approach.

Outcome

Five SOPs completed and submitted as part of the accreditation documentation package. The review panel noted the structured format positively. The office has continued using the template for additional processes and has since standardised on the version-control approach introduced through the pack.
